I am a Technical Communicator at SoftServe (a global IT company with Ukrainian roots). I have been writing technical documentation for more than four years now. I am skilled in end-user documentation for applications in the healthcare and mining industries. I have solid experience with HAT tools like MadCap Flare and Adobe RoboHelp. My professional background includes working as a copywriter, QC engineer, and manager as I started my career path in 2014.
