Specialties in the field of Logistics

This speciality covers organization, planning and implementation of production processes, inventory management, material and component flow and storage. You will gain practical knowledge, skills and competencies sought by manufacturing companies and you will get familiar with the methods, tools and techniques of logistics, procurement and organization of deliveries as well as collaboration with cooperators and suppliers.

This speciality will equip you with comprehensive knowledge in the field of managing the company’s transport operations, transport fleet, deliveries and cargo transport, as well as in the field of forwarding – i.e., organizing and planning transport and transfer, its insurance and settlement of transport orders.

The studies are practice oriented. The program includes such subjects as: production and distribution logistics, logistics infrastructure, commodity science, transport and forwarding, and designing logistics processes.

The study program is based on case studies, expert workshops and simulations of real-life tasks. During the classes you will learn the internals presented by top professionals in this field.

Where can I find the timetable?

The timetable is available in the USOSweb (University Study-Oriented System). The link to the USOSweb is available on the University’s website, in the Intranet tab. Students can see their individual timetable after logging the USOS system.

Where can I find information about the exam session?

Exam session dates are given in the organisation of the academic year. Each lecturer is obliged to inform students about the date of the exam / final test.

How can I collect my student ID card?

Student ID cards for students of the 1st semester can be collected at the reception of the University, the remaining cards should be collected at the Dean’s Office.
