Daniel Omotosho has a multicultural background and experience in Business Management, Leadership, Human Resources Management and Community Development. He obtained his academic experience in Africa, Europe  and America including Harvard and World Bank Institute.

He is a Board Member of the Council on International Higher Education Supervision (CONIES) , President of Nigerians In Diaspora Organization Poland Chapter and  Member of African – Poland Chamber of Commerce.  He has over 10 years of academic experience and 15 years of corporate experience. He is the founder of SynergyInc sp z.o.o and has worked with several European companies, facilitating  feasibility study, marketing strategy and plans for entering and launching products in the African market.

His area of competences includes Business Management & Entreprenuership, Business Innovation,  Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources and  Consulting. He has published some books and several academic papers.

  • Knowledge and Digital Economy;
  • Leadership Psychology;
  • Entreprenuership Development in Emerging Economies;
  • The furture of Work and Innovation;
