PhD in humanities in the field of art sciences since 2001. She completed studies in the history of art at the Faculty of History, Warsaw University where she also did doctoral studies. Former employee of the Cabinet of Drawings of University Library in Warsaw. Since 2002, academic teacher at universities, among others since 2011 at the Polish-Japanese of Information Technology University in the Faculty of Art of New Media. Since 2013, lecturer at Vistula University in the field of Architecture. Member of the Polish Institute of Studies on World Art and Association of Historians of Art. Individual member of ICOM (The International Council of Museums). Recipient of scholarships of the British Council and the Lanckoronski Foundation. She took part in scientific conferences in the country and abroad.
Author of numerous scientific publications in the field of the history of art. She published two books and articles on the life and work of Jan Christian Kamsetzer, architect in the service of King Stanisław August Poniatowski. She took part in the work on Korpusu dzieł malarskich Henryka Siemiradzkiego (contributing one chapter to the monography) which was published in 2021.
Areas of didactic/scientific interests:
- travels to Italy and the Levant in the 18th century and their influence on the development of architecture;
- history of the Bacciarelli family;
- antique tradition in modern European art (among others, in graphics and architectural drawing)
