Ursynów Science Festival

There will be laboratory classes, workshops, lectures, games, and shows. The Science Festival in Ursynów is an opportunity to encounter the achievements of science and technology in the form of fun. Professor Ewa Gondek, PhD, and a group of VSH students will show the participants how to measure fat and muscle tissue in the human body. The event will take place on October 10, 11-17:00 at the Alternative Culture Centre in Ursynów.

The idea of the festival is to popularize science among young residents of Ursynów, and Warsaw.

The participants will be able to experience non-standard entertainment including shows and experiments, all supported by scientific knowledge. They will be able to learn juggling or play with dry ice. They will learn the principles of healthy eating and perform a body composition analysis. The event will host a special guest, i.e., Jacek Rozenek who is a film, television, theater and dubbing actor, lecturer, presenter, business trainer, coach and cultural animator.

It will be a great opportunity to gain interesting and useful knowledge through fun, to try something exotic and feel the thrill.

Entrance is free.
