The Vistula School of Hospitality has a new rector
Professor Krzysztof Celuch, PhD, became rector of the Vistula School of Hospitality. He will take up his position on October the 1st.
Professor Krzysztof Celuch, PhD MBA, DBA has been associated with the Vistula School of Hospitality for years. He served as vice-rector and rector’s proxy for contacts with the socio-economic environment.
Professor Celuch is an appreciated lecturer, coach, and business consultant, as well as an entrepreneur. He specializes in the meetings and events industry. His scientific research, training observations, and keynotes, are all built on sound knowledge in economics, business psychology, sociology, marketing, and cultural studies. He conducts workshops and training sessions, delivers lectures and presider over discussion panels, debates, and management meetings, but also implements research projects, builds strategies, and provides business consulting services. He is member of the Expert Council for Tourism established by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism in Poland.
Professor Krzysztof Celuch, PhD is one of the most influential figures in the event industry, the only Pole sitting in the “Hall of Leaders” of the Events Industry Council. He is the founder and first president of the MPI Poland and member of the board of directors of the Meeting Professionals International Foundation, an organization based in Dallas, USA. He also serves as the chairman of the jury of the “MP Power Awards” program and sits on the jury of the Rise Awards in the USA.
The new rector of the Vistula School of Hospitality is the supervisor of the business tourism scientific club 2B, second editor of the journal “Turystyka – zarządzanie, administracja, prawo”, editorial board member of the magazine “Event Managment”” and organizer of the student scientific conference IMEX-MPI-MCI Future Leaders Forum Warsaw.
