The Institute of International Relations and the Institute of Political Science of  Vistula University, invite you to a scientific seminar on:  ’The role of the human factor in contemporary US-Chinese competition’,  which will take place on December the 17th, 2019, at 10:00 am, in room 21. Prof. Wojciech Pomykało, PhD, from the College of Management in Warsaw, will deliver a lecture and lead a discussion.

Professor Pomykało emphasises that by the term  ’human factor’, he is referring to the mental abilities of significant representatives of the North American and Chinese nations. A role played by wide circles of a national society, in solving the fundamental problems, is also such a factor. For the author of the presentation, the basis for the description of phenomena in this field are the suggestions contained in  Y.N. Harari’s book, “Homo deus. A short history of tomorrow’,  and Kai-Fu Lee  ’Artificial intelligence, a real revolution. China, USA, and the future of the world.’

Prof. Wojciech Pomykało, PhD., is a specialist in the field of philosophical anthropology and pedagogy. At the centre of his interests is the vision of the man of the future. He is also passionate about China’s issues.

We cordially invite all interested
