Innovative Competency Development Program has just started

Be competitive on the labor market – take part in the Competency Development Program. Our professional counselors will help you choose the perfect career path and prepare you to find your dream job. The first stage of the program, which has just started, is dedicated only to the full time students of the last year of Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree of the Vistula University. SIGN UP!

The Competency Development Program was developed by outstanding HR experts and the best Polish professionals from competence management. It consists of three stages. The first examines the student’s competencies, the second is analyzes it and the third prepares the student’s career development plan. It lasts from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the student’s needs. In addition, during the program our experts also teach entrepreneurship, help create CV and prepare for interview.

The project organized by the Careers Office of the Vistula Group of Universities is co-financed by the UE within the framework of the Operational Program Knowledge Development (Działanie 3.1, Kompetencje w szkolnictwie wyższym). Research and consultancy will be conducted in two languages – Polish and English. In next programmes also students from Warsaw School of Tourism and Hospitality Management and younger students will get similar support.
