EQUATION Project Gains Momentum at Second Meeting in Warsaw, Poland
The city of Warsaw played host to the second meeting of the EQUATION project. It is a significant stride in collaborative efforts for equality advancement.
The EQUATION project is coordinated by CEEMAN and financed by the Erasmus+ program. In addition to Vistula University, the following entities take part in the program: Bled School of Management, WSB and Riga Technical University. The aim of the EQUATION project is to equalize opportunities for women and men in higher education – especially in management and business schools. The program develops tools and training for universities, accrediting institutions and their employees to be better prepared to reduce gender gaps, which will lead to lasting cultural and institutional changes.
On November 9, participants convened at the prestigious Vistula University, where they were warmly welcomed by the esteemed Rector, Prof. Wawrzyniec Konarski, PhD, and Vice-Rector Grzegorz Mathea, PhD. This unique setting provided an immersive experience, allowing participants to delve into the rich cultural tapestry in diversity management of Vistula University.
The meeting delved into in-depth discussions centered around the materials presented at the Discussion for the 36th Businet Annual Conference – LTT on November 10, 2023. The intellectual exchange fostered a dynamic environment for participants to engage with cutting-edge ideas and trends in the field of diversity.
