The shape of the policy and regulations in this area are also crucial for the future of the entire European Union and its position in the changing global economic order.
Each participant of the meeting will be able to:
- ask a question;
- submit comments;
- comment on the impact of EU policies on everyday life;
- share vision of the future of Europe.
Citizens’ Dialogue is an initiative of the European Commission which aims to stimulate debate on European issues. It is a platform for public opinion exchange, expression of openness to discussion and respect towards the civil society.
Citizens’ Dialogue is a response to the increased demand for high-quality arguments and information about the EU policy. This is particularly important in the context of upcoming European election.
Citizens’ Dialogues have been organized in the EU countries since 2012. So far, over 1,200 of them have been held.
The Vistula University is the host of the Citizens’ Dialogue for the second time. Two years ago, we had a meeting with Cecilia Malmström, the Commissioner for Trade.
The meeting with Margrethe Vestager will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation EN/PL.
