4th edition of Erasmus+ Run. Join us!

Your health depends on your physical activity, but it has to be safe. Move up! The 4th edition of the Erasmus + Run will take the unique form of an e-run. The competition of four-person teams will be remote, over a distance of “one hour”. Participation is free, but the teams can support the charges of the Society for the Care of the Blind in Laski – young, blind, and visually impaired athletes.

Registration for the Run can be made on the main website of the event: www.erasmusplus.org.pl/bieg.

The organizers also encourage all Erasmus runners – and not only them – to watch and use general development and running training, carried out by the Olympic medalist, world champion, Erasmus Run ambassador, Oktawia Nowacka. The films are available on the YouTube FRSE channel as well as on the Run’s fan page: www.fb.com/BiegErasmusa.

The run will be held on October 15-17.
