IT specialist and an expert in IT system design engineering; he is a graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology; he has performed many managerial functions at universities, these include: a dean of the Faculty of Computer Engineering at the Private School of Business and Administration, dean at the Faculty of Economic IT Science at the University of International Trade and Finance in Warsaw, a director at the Institute of IT Science and Econometrics at the University of Business, a dean of the Faculty of Economics at ALMAMER WSE; he is a reviewer of articles in scientific periodicals; a member of the Scientific Council for the Bulletin of the Institute of Automation and Robotics (ISSN 1427-35-78) – Faculty of Cybernetics of the Military University of Technology; an author and a co-author of several implemented scientific and research projects and many scientific works.
