Instructional designer, learning designer. Since 2006 active in the branch of e-learning trainings. Participation in the development of trainings for large organizations such as PKN ORLEN, BGŻ Bank, Paribas S.A., ARiMR, National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. She has worked on nation-wide e-learning projects such as PARP Academy. She took part in the creation of the first Polish MOOC portal – Polish MOOC, in a project implemented by the Young Science Foundation. In the Academy of Finance and Business Vistula, she conducts, together with a team of lecturers and e-learning specialists, online studies and is in charge with the introduction of advanced educational technologies. Working with students, she conducts conventional classes in communication and soft skills.

Teaching/research interests:

  • interpersonal communication;
  • intercultural communication;
  • educational technologies.
