Holder of an MA title and a PhD degree obtained at the Central School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics); she participated in over 20 research projects (individual and team), including 8 projects financed from the EU funds (social policy, insurance, labour market, working conditions and ergonomics); author of approx. 80 publications in the field of social and social policy, labour markets, working conditions, ergonomics, civil liability, insurance in risk management; author and co-author of 20 reports on national and international research; honoured with the Medal of the National Education Commission (2009).

Teaching/research interests:

  • insurance;
  • civil liability insurance;
  • risk management insurance tools;
  • work conditions management;
  • work protection and ergonomics;
  • labour market of the disabled;
  • labour market of women;
  • CSR;
  • Work-life Balance;
  • management of the company Social Benefits Fund.
