Grażyna Bartkowiak, PhD
Doctor Bartkowiak specialises in the psychology of management and human resources management. She has authored twelve books and more than two hundred articles, devoted mostly to the psychology of management, human resources management, ethics in management, managerial competencies, communication processes in organisations, implementing changes in organisations, motivating employees to work effectively, as well as learning and managing knowledge in organisations. She is a long-time leader of research projects financed from ministry grants, as well as cross-university projects developed by academics and economics professionals.
She has worked in the academia, as well as the industry, in the United States, France, and Great Britain. She combines teaching, training, and research, with active consulting as a director and co-author of a number of consulting programmes on optimising human resources management in various types and forms of organisations, which allows her to apply her knowledge to real-world scenarios. She is also a speaker at numerous international conferences.
