Project objective: Raising the competences of 80 students (10 women / 70 men) and adapting them to the needs of employers in the region by enabling participants to take part in: certified trainings in IT management methodologies (with an exam), study visits, additional classes carried out with the participation of employers, classes in entrepreneurship and communication competences.
