The main project objective: The aim of the project is to increase the competences of 103 Vistula University students (including 50 women), studying in the fields of: International Relations, in a way that meets the needs of the economy, labour market and society in the period by December 31, 2017. The project consists of 3-month internships for students covering in total 360 hours, i.e. 120 hours/month per each participant in the project. The first groups of students will start the program in the period of July-September 2016, the next groups will commence internships at host institutions after the winter and summer semesters in the 2016/2017 academic year.
