Vistula’s Economics, as well as Finance and Accounting programmes, have passed the assessment of the Polish Accreditation Committee

Programmes of studies at the Vistula University have once again been verified by the Polish Accreditation Committee, which confirms the high quality of education.

On March the11th, the PKA Presidium adopted a resolution on a positive programme evaluation in the fields of Economics, as well as Finance and Accounting, at the level of Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree studies, with a general academic profile.

As has been said, all the requirements set out in the Regulations of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of September the 12th, 2018, on programme evaluation, have been met.

The conclusions emphasised that the studies in the visited faculties, correspond to the assumptions of Vistula University’s strategy. The education of students correctly refers to the mission and vision of the university’s development, which was designed, taking into account the needs of the socio-economic environment, including, in particular, the professional labour market. PKA highly assessed the competencies, experience, and qualifications of academic lecturers, also drew attention to the modern teaching and research infrastructure, lively co-operation with institutions of the socio-economic environment, including employers, and comprehensive and systematic activities in the field of supporting students.

The assessment of the Polish Accreditation Committee is obligatory, and all universities in Poland undergo its processes, every few years.
