Scientific seminar “Selected trends shaping today and tomorrow of the world”
How has the digital revolution changed the labor market, which countries will be overcrowded and which must deal with a demographic disaster, and how the changing climate is changing the world? We encourage you to participate in the scientific seminar “Wybrane trendy kształtujące dziś i jutro świata” (Selected trends shaping today and tomorrow of the world) organized by the Institute of International Relations of the Vistula University.
The aim of the event is to analyze the most important current trends and processes that have a powerful impact on the most important political decisions in the world.
The introductory lecture will be given by Katarzyna Rybka-Iwańska from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who since 2012 has been managing the analytical department and developing the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with Polish and foreign think-tanks. The expert specializes in the analysis of global trends and public diplomacy, and combines these areas in the original curriculum, implemented since 2017 at the Vistula University. She also cooperates with the Center on Public Diplomacy at the University of Southern California, where she publishes articles on the diplomacy of knowledge and education.
