Professional advisor – explorer, guide, inspirer – Workshop

Many people perform the work that they are not satisfied with. They do not know, however, what they really would like to do. And here comes the task to a professional adviser. At Vistula University on 28 February 2015 at 10.00-15.30 there will be held a workshop where participants will learn the ins and outs of the profession, and maybe even inspire themselves to try it? Entrance is free. Seats are to be reserved.​

The modern market needs professional advisors. But what’s the job about?

• A good advisor starts from a professional diagnosis and intelligence, in which he/she examines the interests, personality, skills, and customer value. The task of the advisor is not only dry transfer of information on market, necessary diplomas or job offers. This is actually the final stage – explains Alexander Szurek, professional advisor and ICC coach, the originator of the workshop “Secrets of the work as a professional advisor” at Vistula University. – I would say that it is a profession with a mission. Professional advisor, really helps to determine a satisfactory way of education, but also professional at every stage. We make diagnosis, we show the possibilities, motivate, inspire, support in career development – adds A. Szurek.

The participants of the workshop “Secrets of the work as a professional advisor” will learn what knowledge is required in this profession, which studies to finish, which suitable courses to take. Learn the selected tools of a professional advisor and a code of ethics. – To transfer this knowledge there will be used various methods such as workshops, tests, brainstorming, discussions – emphasizes Szurek. – to take a participation in the workshop I invite the people who are thinking about a change of occupation or become self-employed, and those who are looking for the perfect niche for themselves, as well as all those who wish to expand their skills with an additional profession – encourages the originator of the meeting.
