On May 29th, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. Vistula University celebrates the End of the 2014/15 Academic Year. We would like to invite all final year students of the first and second degree studies (both the newly minted graduates and those of you who are planning to take their final exam at a later date, i.e. by October 10th, 2015). Your families and friends are kindly welcome. The End of Academic Year is a celebration ceremony commemorating completion of studies and is not associated with obtaining a degree. 

Date: May 29th, 2015, 6:00 p.m.

Venue: Vistula University Campus

On the day of the Celebration Ceremony:

You will collect ordered mortarboards with embroidered logo of Vistula University and you will be able to hire a gown
You will receive a Letter of Congratulations.
A commemorative group picture will be taken.

Mortarboards and gowns

As you all well know, it is a tradition of the final ceremony for a graduate to have a mortarboard and a gown. These are traditional symbols of academic dignity which have been used since the foundation of the first universities. At the same time, they are a great keepsake of the academic days. Therefore, all students who wish to participate in the Celebration of the End of the 2014/15 Academic Year on May 29th, 2015 may place orders for commemorative academic mortarboards.

The cost of 50 PLN includes:

Academic mortarboard with embroidery (to be owned).
Hiring of a classic, black gown.
Commemorative Letter of Congratulations.
A group picture with your fellow students and the teaching staff.
The amount of 50 PLN should be paid to the following account
PL09 1050 1025 1000 0023 4413 0154  please, include your name and surname as well as the student record book No.

Please, fill the application form and make the payment by May 17th, 2015
After this date application forms will not be accepted
