Poland in the perspective of 2014-2020 will receive the largest flow of funds from the EU budget among all the Union Members, making it the biggest beneficiary of that budget. The amount of it is Poland is 106 billion euro. This money will be also dedicated for the development and support of agriculture, renewable energy, and environmental protection.

Council of the European Parliament, the President of Rada Naczelna Polskiego Stronnictwa Ludowego, twice Prime Minister and Minister of agriculture, twice Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, Council of the Sejm II, III, IV, V, VI term and the former CEO of Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe. As a Prime Minister of Poland he was negotiating in Copenhagen for Polish agriculture during the process of Polish accession to the European Union. Currently, he is a member of the Committee on Agriculture of the European Parliament and still works on agricultural matters. He is also the owner of 32acre family farm in Jackow Górny.
