“Agile & Scrum” – truth and myths.
Software users’ expectations are constantly growing. The information systems’ production requires the use of systematized management methods. Otherwise, the project may fail – exceed the deadline, budget, and you may not meet the functional requirements.
The methodology of agile software development “Agile” facilitates achieving success. It’s foundations are:
- iterative work;
- continuous improvement based on communication and creation of the highest value for the customer.
Meanwhile, ‘Scrum’ is a minimal set of practices that allows you to receive feedback on how we work and what we do.
The “Agile & Scrum” workshop will allow you to get to know both methodologies thoroughly.
We will overthrow the myths that have built up around them, and we will explain the principles and values of teamwork.
We will devote half of the training time to the Agile principles, the other half to the Scrum bases. During the training, you will learn about tools and practical applications that can help you in your daily work.
