Government worker, director of the office in the President of the Republic of Poland. A diplomat, ambassador ad personam, PhD in humanistic sciences, a specialist in international relations, Polish representative at international conferences, i.a. of the Organisation of African Unity, African Union, Arab League Councils, Organisation of Islamic Cooperation and Economic Community of West African States; former Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, Gambia and Algiers, UNESCO consultant. Many years he has been a lecturer for the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). currently Professor of AFiB Vistula. Co-author of numerous government documents on the foreign service and the strategy of Poland’s policy towards the countries of North Africa and the Middle East. Author of over one hundred expert opinions and publications on the theory of international relations, Poland’s bilateral relations with Arab countries, the internal situation of the Arab world, terrorism. Due to his positions, he is a member of numerous government delegations. The subject of scientific activity are the above issues with particular emphasis on the theory of international relations, the political situation in the Middle East and North Africa, Poland’s bilateral relations with Arab countries, problems of migration and terrorism.

  • Polish foreign policy.
