Summer Courses of English and Polish Languages
Course Intakes
English Language Courses: Two intakes annually – October (Fall semester) and January (Winter semester).
Polish Language Courses: One intake per year – October only.
💰 Tuition Fees
English Language Courses:
- 900-hour course – 1-year course (October–June): €3,500
- 600-hour course (January–June): €2,800
- 450-hour course (October-February): €1,750
- 450-hour course (February-June): €1,750 (NOTE: we do not provide an invitation letter for this course)
- 300-hour course (April-June): €1500 (NOTE: we do not provide an invitation letter for this course)
Polish Language Courses:
- 1-year course (October–June): €2,500
Admission Fee (non-refundable): €220
Please Note: Tuition fees must be paid in full for the academic year at the time of admission.
🕓 Course Schedule
Classes are conducted on-campus (on-site), 5 days in a week from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. 27 hours per week.
The given language courses focus on comprehensive skill development: reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar.
📚 Course Levels and Placement
* All students are required to take a placement test to determine their current language proficiency.
* Students with no prior knowledge of the language must complete a minimum of 900 hours to reach the B2 level.
* For those nearing the B2 level, summer school courses (August 1 – September 30) are also available.
* Please note: We currently do not offer C1 or C2 level courses in our preparatory programs.

You will need to submit the following documents during the application process:
1. Copy of passport and resident card (if applicable)
2. Copy of high school diploma or most recent educational qualification
ADMISSION DEADLINES: August 31 – for the Fall intakes and December 31 for the spring intakes.
Upon arrival in Poland, students must also submit the following documents to complete a desk registration:
1. Signed application form (filled via https://apply.vistula.edu.pl)
2. Proof of payment for the course
3. Copy of passport and visa or resident card
4. Copy of insurance document (travel insurance)
5. Two signed copies of the study contract (it is sent to the candidates’ email)
🏠 Accommodation and Living Costs

🏢 Accommodation at Vistula University
1. University Dormitory — “Aramis”
This is Vistula’s own student residence, available from October each year.
Address: str. Mangalia 3B, 02‑758 Warsaw.
Room setup:
• Shared rooms with two single beds
• Two wardrobes, chests of drawers, two desks, two office lamps per room
Kitchen & Shared Spaces: Equipped kitchens (hobs/induction cooktop, sinks, fridges/freezers, washing machines, tables/chairs etc.) in common kitchens.
Safety / Comfort Features: Smoke detectors, sprinklers, CCTV, CO detectors.
Bathroom: Each room shares a bathroom with one other person; the bathrooms are equipped with basic fixtures, shelves, etc.
Price:
• For a full year contract, the payment for the first 5 months is €2,225 plus a €445 deposit: total \€2,670.
• The contract is for a full year.
2. Private Dormitories / Shared Flats
Apart from “Aramis,” Vistula University also works with private dorms / student hostels. These are not owned by the university but are arranged in cooperation.
Students can also rent rooms or apartments shared with other students. These options might offer more flexibility in terms of size, privacy, location, but will vary widely in price.

🛂 Visa Information
All visa-related procedures, including required documents and appointment scheduling, must be handled directly by the student through the Polish consulate in their country.

Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are unable to commence your studies after paying the tuition fees, you may request a full refund of the course tuition (excluding the non-refundable admission fee). Also, please read the study contract, §2, abstract 5-10.
