The T2M project aims to enhance university curricula by creating the new professional profile of the Twin Transition Manager. This role combines digital, green, and entrepreneurial competences, aligned with GreenComp and EntreComp, to prepare graduates for the challenges of the twin transition. The project strengthens universities’ capacity to act as drivers of innovation and sustainability while bridging the gap between academic education and the labour market needs of SMEs across Europe.
The project will design the Twin Transition Manager curriculum with a modular structure and at least 5 sample courses (WP2). It will train teachers and implement two pilot iterations involving students (WP3). WP4 will assess the impact with structured indicators, produce a transferability model, and prepare a Joint Master Degree application. WP5 will disseminate results widely, leveraging the Danube Cup network, multiplier events, EPALE, and digital channels.
The project will deliver a validated curriculum for the Twin Transition Manager, 35 trained teachers, 800 students piloting the courses, and 20 SMEs actively engaged. Outputs include 1 Book of Good Practices, 1 Validation and Impact Report, and a transferability model with guidelines for other universities and VET providers. Micro-credential pathways and digital badges will support recognition. Sustainability will be ensured through university policy adoption and a Joint Master Degree proposal.
