Mind in Balance: Yoga & Meditation – Join Our Workshop for Students

On 18 February at 12:30, in Room 4, we invite you to the unique workshop “Mind in Balance: Yoga & Meditation” – a practical session focused on reducing stress, improving concentration, and restoring inner balance.
In today’s fast-paced academic environment, the ability to calm the mind, stay focused, and manage tension consciously is becoming increasingly valuable. This workshop is an opportunity to learn proven techniques that can be easily applied in everyday student life – during studying, exam preparation, and even before public speaking.
The session will be led by experienced yoga teachers from Nepal who have been teaching internationally since 2012. Their approach combines classical yogic practices with modern mental-health understanding, making the workshop accessible and suitable for everyone – including those with no prior experience.
Workshop program includes:
- breathing techniques to support calmness and focus,
- gentle, mindful movement,
- awareness and mindfulness practices,
- guided deep meditation.
