Student ID Card Campaign – collection and validity extension

From 1 October to 10 November 2026, Vistula University students can take part in the Student ID Card Campaign.

In Room G1, students can collect their student ID card – this applies to students beginning their studies – and extend the validity of their student ID card without taking a queue number.

The campaign runs Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Only matters related to collecting student ID cards by new students and extending the validity of student ID cards are handled in Room G1. For all other matters related to the course of studies, please visit the Dean’s Office during its regular opening days and hours.

Students who do not have time to wait may leave their student ID card in the specially marked box at the Reception Desk. The card can be collected the following day from Room G1, during the same hours: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

The validity of the student ID card can also be extended at the Dean’s Office, 1st floor, Room 108, during the regular opening days and hours of the Dean’s Office.

Students who have a PESEL number may also independently extend the validity of their mLegitymacja digital student ID card in the mObywatel application.

Year Tutors and student group representatives are encouraged to collect student ID cards from students in groups and submit them collectively to Room G1. The most convenient solution is for one person to bring the complete set of student ID cards and collect them the following day, after their validity has been extended, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Important: before extending the validity of your student ID card, please make sure that you have settled any outstanding courses, including submitting an application for conditional enrolment in USOS, where applicable, and any outstanding financial obligations to the Bursar’s Office.
