He is a specialist in enterprise valuation, preparation of business plans and assessment of investment projects, as well as analysis of loan applications; a long-time lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics and other schools; he has dealt with economic science and practice for more than 30 years; in his scientific research, he undertakes such issues as functioning of the capital market, investment funds, enterprise valuation, controlling and finances and accounting of enterprises; he has extensive practical experience; he has worked as a chief accountant for several companies, he was a chairman of the management board of the Polish-German consulting company “Taylor Consulting”, a deputy director of the Department of Banking System and Financial Institutions of the Ministry of Finance, a director of Citibank, a president of one of the National Investment Funds, a vice president of Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne and a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission; he has been a member of many supervisory boards; for many years, he has also been a financial director at WAN real estate development company; he is an author of more than 80 works in Polish and English; one of 50 top Polish managers in 1997 according to “Home & Market”; a laureate of the 2nd prize of “Parkiet” newspaper for the Best National Investment Fund for year 1997.
