Mirosław Montowski
Mirosław graduated with a degree in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as completing a post-graduate programme in Labour Law. Since 2003, he has been an inspector of the Road Transport Inspection. Presently, he is the chief road transport specialist, as well as a safety adviser in the road transportation of hazardous goods.
From 2004–2011, he was a member and chief of the examination committees for candidates for safety advisers in the road transportation of hazardous goods. He is, currently, a member of a consulting and research team on safety in the road transportation of dangerous goods and pressure devices within the Main Inspectorate of Road Transport. Mirosław teaches specialist courses for Road Transport Inspection candidates, as well as road transport inspector training courses.
Since 2007, he has been an adviser for the Road Transport Inspection. In addition, he represents the Chief Road Transport Inspector before the administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court. He was also an expert in the twin collaboration project, titled: ’Assistance on the Transport of Dangerous Goods’ for Turkey, in the period 2014–2015.
