Project objective: is to increase the competences corresponding to the needs of the economy and increase the chances of 600 students (284 female and 316 male students) of Vistula University on the labour market through the provision of high-quality services by the Careers Office supporting students in starting their professional activity by March 2020.

Tasks:

  • Individual career counseling for 600 PP (284 women and 316 men)
  • Group counseling in setting up a business activity conducted by AIP and individual counseling conducted by DP.
  • Mentoring in the workplace for the most committed – 50 PP
  • Improving professional competences of the Careers Office employees – 3 persons.
  • Purchase of tools for competence diagnosis.
  • Monitoring of professional careers PP – 600 PP.
  • Support provided to students in the project will be directly related to the learning outcomes in their pursued field of study.

Schedule of support provided in the project: Support in the project is provided on working days from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
