Workshop “Untangling Karta Pobytu (TRC): What You Need to Know”

We invite all students to a workshop organized by WORKEIN, which will take place on December 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM in Aula 2A at Vistula University.

During the session, led by WORKEIN experts, participants will learn the key information about the Temporary Residence Card (TRC), its advantages compared to a student visa, the latest changes in immigration regulations, and the required documents for TRC applications for students, graduates, and employees.

The session will be led by Aruzhan Rashid with the support of Alexei Oderov, the director of WORKEIN, who has been managing the company for over five years and supporting applicants in the legalization process. WORKEIN has been operating for 5 years, works with lawyers with up to 10 years of experience in the legalization field, and has a 97.7% success rate in handling cases.

The workshop will cover, among others:

  • Introduction to WORKEIN – what they do, who they are, and their experience in the field of legalization
  • An overview of the latest changes in obtaining a TRC and the new regulations that have made the process more complex
  • Why the TRC (Karta Pobytu) is currently a better option than a visa – a comparison of both forms of legal stay and an explanation of why obtaining a Polish visa is becoming increasingly difficult
  • A detailed, up-to-date list of required documents for:
    – student TRC
    – graduate TRC
    – work-related TRC
  • An outline of the value and cost of WORKEIN’s services
  • A special promotion for Vistula students (10% discount + referral system)
  • Q&A session
  • WORKEIN contact details and a QR code providing access to consultations and services

Participants will receive:

  • The latest updates on changes in regulations
  • A clear comparison between the TRC and a student visa
  • A practical checklist of required documents
  • An exclusive promotion for Vistula students (10% discount)

After the presentation, a Q&A session will be held. The workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours (including Q&A).
