Vistula Alumni Mentor Program Hosted Career Talk at Vistula University
On 20 May 2026, Vistula University hosted the Career Talk event organized as part of the Vistula Alumni Mentor Program. The meeting brought together students, alumni, and representatives of international companies for an inspiring session focused on career development, mentorship, and professional networking.
The event took place in Aula 4 and provided participants with an opportunity to discuss career planning, labour market challenges, and the importance of continuous professional development. It also allowed students to gain first-hand insights from professionals working in an international business environment.
The speakers included Yasin Sadıkgzade from Citi Bank, Islambek Baizhigitov from Volvo, and Ali Mammadov from Citi Bank. During the session, they shared their personal career journeys, discussed challenges and opportunities in the global business environment, and offered practical recommendations for students preparing to enter the job market.
Participants actively engaged in discussions on career planning, leadership, networking, and the importance of continuous self-development. The Career Talk also created an interactive platform where attendees could communicate directly with professionals and expand their professional networks.
The Vistula Alumni Mentor Program continues to strengthen cooperation between alumni and students by organizing educational and networking activities that support personal and professional growth. The event was organized within the ALUMNI – Empowering Young Graduates through Mentorship and Active Solidarity project, funded by the European Union.
