Taste of Korea 2026 at Vistula – discover Korea and learn more about Asian Studies
On 16 August 2026, Vistula University at 36 Kawęczyńska Street in Warsaw will become a meeting place for fans of Korean culture. Taste of Korea 2026 will bring together K-pop, K-food, K-culture, K-beauty, workshops, cultural activities and concerts.
The programme will include Random Play Dance, Korean food, hanbok workshops, Korean calligraphy, traditional Korean games, Korean language and Hangul workshops, a photo zone, a K-beauty area and a Korean culture exhibition. The cultural zone will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by K-pop concerts in two time slots – at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
During the event, participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about the Asian Studies: Japan, Korea, Vietnam programme at Vistula University. The programme is designed for people interested in Korea and East Asia who want to go beyond pop culture and gain practical knowledge of language, culture, society, business and international relations.
Students of Asian Studies at Vistula gain interdisciplinary knowledge about East Asia, learn the language of their chosen specialisation, explore soft power, business practice in Asia, trade strategies, international relations and the differences between East and West.
For the 2026/2027 winter intake, recruitment for the Bachelor’s degree programme in Asian Studies is open for the Korean language specialisation.
