Leading Organizations in the Age of AI – International AI & Business Transformation Forum at Vistula University
On September 24–25, 2026, the AI & Business Transformation Forum and Workshop: Leading Organizations in the Age of AI will take place on the Vistula University campus in Warsaw. Organized by the Washington Institute for Professional Studies, the event will focus on the practical challenges currently faced by leaders, managers and organizations implementing artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is not only changing technology. It is reshaping how organizations are managed, how decisions are made, how processes are designed, how workforce capabilities are developed and how responsibility for AI implementation is defined. The Leading Organizations in the Age of AI forum addresses exactly these issues – the management questions that companies, institutions and transformation teams are now facing.
Across two days, participants will examine five critical corporate challenges related to AI: governance and accountability, return on investment, workforce readiness, organizational change and regulation.
