JobSpot Winter 2026 at Vistula – Meet Employers, Explore Internships and Career Opportunities

On 27 October 2026, another edition of JobSpot Winter, a job fair organised by the Careers and Internships Department, took place in the Main Hall at Vistula University. Students had the opportunity to meet representatives of companies and organisations from various industries, explore available job and internship opportunities, and learn more about the demands of today’s labour market.

During this year’s JobSpot, companies and organisations from different sectors presented their opportunities, including Innowise, Polish Hotel Holding, Hampton by Hilton, P&G, Sztorm Grupa, UNICEF and J.P. Morgan.

Students could discuss internships and traineeships, job opportunities, recruitment processes and career development paths. It was also a chance to learn what employers look for in candidates and how best to prepare for entering the job market.

With representatives from a wide range of industries present, participants could explore career opportunities both within and beyond their fields of study.

Career Stage – Insights Directly from Employers

Company presentations on the Career Stage were an important part of the event. During these open sessions, employer representatives shared information about their organisations, employment opportunities and the skills they look for in potential candidates.

The presentations helped students better understand what working in different organisations involves and gain insights from professionals who work in recruitment and employee development.

The Careers and Internships Department with Its Own Stand

This year’s JobSpot also introduced something new. For the first time, Vistula’s Careers and Internships Department had its own stand at the event.

Students could learn about the organisation and requirements of student internships, as well as discuss the support available to help them plan their future careers.

They also had the opportunity to explore Career Compass Web – the university’s new job and internship portal. The platform is designed to make it easier for students to find opportunities to gain professional experience and take their first steps into the job market.
