Japan Closer Than Ever – A New Student Exchange Agreement at Vistula University

The Vistula University has signed a new student exchange agreement with Kanda University of International Studies – a renowned university in Japan specializing in international, language, and Asian studies. Thanks to this partnership, Vistula students gain a unique opportunity to complete part of their studies in an international academic environment in Japan.
The exchange program is a particularly valuable opportunity for students of Asian Studies who wish to deepen their knowledge of the region and gain direct cultural and language experience. Participants will be able to spend one semester studying in Japan, developing both academic and intercultural competencies.
Students taking part in the exchange can benefit from several advantages, including:
- one semester of studies in Japan,
- no tuition fees at Kanda University of International Studies during the exchange period,
- the possibility of applying for tuition fee exemption at Vistula University,
- studying in an international academic environment,
- direct exposure to Japanese language and culture.
The partner university offers two main programs for exchange students. The first focuses on Japanese language and culture, allowing students to intensively study the language and participate in classes together with Japanese students. The second program includes undergraduate courses taught in English, covering subjects such as Japan studies, linguistics, and regional studies.
The program is intended for students from partner universities who have completed at least one year of study and are nominated by their home institution.
