This is an amazing event with a lot of attractions, photos, dancing and fun with friends and family which will give you memories for life. You can’t miss it!
We kindly invite all last semester students to the Graduation Ceremony 2018 which will be held on the campus of our University
on Saturday, 16th of June at 6 pm
Each of the participants may invite two people to the ceremony, who will take part in the ceremony with him.
Charges:
A registration and a payment of 150 PLN is required to participate in the Ceremony. The deadline is 7th of May
Fees can be made in the depository (in the main hall) by selecting the category “other” or on the account: PL09 1050 1025 1000 0023 4413 0154 in ING Bank Śląski SA
The fee includes:
- hiring a toga*,
- commemorative cap with the University logo,
- commemorative diplomas,
- commemorative frame with a photo of a graduate,
- additional attractions (photo booths),
- invitation max. two guests,
- refreshments after the ceremony for the graduate and their guests.
*hiring a toga – you have to pay a 100 PLN additional refundable deposit. The amount is given back after returning the toga at the end of the ceremony.
Photo session:
The photo session will take place on 9th-11th of May, from 9 am to 5 pm in the Student’s Council room at our University. All those who do not make it on time will be able to take part in the session on Saturday, May 12, but then the photo session will take place on the SGGW campus.
Registration:
If you want to participate in this event, in a photo session and take advantage of all the benefits you should pay 150 PLN and also register. Registration is open from April 12th to May 7th.
Program of the ceremony:
15:30 – receiving guests and borrowing a toga
17:30 – entry to the hall
18:00 – official entrance of the Senate
18:20 – handing awards
19:00 – handing diplomas
19:45 – throwing birettes
20:00 – photo in front of the University
20:30 – refreshments and party
Additional Information:
- Each additional guests (more than 2 persons) will be able to follow the ceremony live in the hall A4.
- Formal attire is required.
