Graduation 2026 is this Saturday! Please read the key information.

This Saturday, 20 June 2026, we will meet at the Graduation 2026 ceremony. We are very happy to share this important moment with you.

Below you will find all the key information about the event. Please read it very carefully.

When and where are we meeting?

We invite you to the campus at 36 Kawęczyńska Street in Warsaw on Saturday, 20 June 2026. The first ceremony starts at 11:00 AM, and the second one at 3:00 PM. Please make sure which ceremony you are registered for.

Important information

Graduates participating in the ceremony

· the main ceremony will take place in Aula Magna;

· only students who registered for the event may participate;

· each seat will be numbered and assigned according to the order of registration;

· please have the QR code you received during registration with you; those who did not receive a QR code should go to the Event Reception;

· only people with blue wristbands will be allowed to enter Aula Magna;

· please arrive earlier and take your assigned seats, especially if you selected the cap and gown option.

Accompanying guests

· parents and friends will not enter Aula Magna;

· accompanying guests will be able to watch the ceremony broadcast in the lecture halls on the 4th floor;

· access to the lecture halls will be granted only to people with green wristbands who were registered by graduates during registration;

· the ceremony will also be streamed online on YouTube.

Gown rental

Each graduate who selected the “cap + gown” option during registration will be able to rent the gown on the day of the event. Caps and gowns can be collected at the following times:

· before the 11:00 AM ceremony – from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM;

· before the 3:00 PM ceremony – from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM.

The refundable deposit is PLN 100, payable in cash. The money will be returned after the gown is given back.

Additional information

· A photo wall will be available on campus – we invite you to take photos!

· During the ceremony, the university bar will be open. You will be able to buy something to eat and drink, both hot and cold, depending on your preference.

· After the second ceremony, at around 5:45–6:00 PM, we invite everyone to concerts:

6:00 PM – ZCC Brass Band

7:00 PM – Students from the Music Club
