Graduation 2026 – additional ceremony time
Due to the very high interest in Graduation 2026, we are opening an additional ceremony time.
The additional ceremony will take place on June 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Aula Magna, at the campus on Kawęczyńska 36 in Warsaw.
Registration for this ceremony is intended only for graduates who have not registered for the 3:00 PM ceremony. Graduates already registered for the 3:00 PM ceremony cannot register for the additional time.
During registration, participants will be able to select the cap and gown option as well as a framed photo. Please note that the last two photo session dates are:
- May 22, 2026, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, room 221
- May 23, 2026, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, room 221
Graduation 2026 is a symbolic ceremony marking the completion of studies. Graduates will not receive official diplomas during the ceremony. Instead, they will receive congratulatory letters from the Rector.
The number of places is limited. Registration for the additional ceremony is open until May 26, 2026, or until all places are filled.
