Registration is closed – now it’s time to get ready!
We’ve officially closed registration for the Graduation Ceremony 2025 – all spots have been filled.
Thank you for the incredible interest! We’re excited that so many of you will be joining us to celebrate this important milestone together.
Below, you’ll find all the essential information about the event. Please read it carefully so you don’t miss anything.
Where and when will we celebrate together?
Date: June 14, 2025 | Time: 3:00 PM
Location: Vistula University, Stokłosy 3, Warsaw – Aula 4
Invitations for your guests
You’ll find an official invitation below (maximum 2 people) – it can be used to apply for a Polish visa.
Important Information
For participating students:
- The main ceremony will take place in Aula 4.
- Only students who register and pay will be allowed to attend.
- All seats are numbered and assigned in order of registration.
- Please bring a valid photo ID to the event.
For accompanying guests:
- You can bring up to 2 guests (note: guests will not enter Aula 4).
- Guests can watch the ceremony via live stream in Aula 3 or Aula 5.
- The ceremony will also be broadcast live on YouTube.

- Professional photo session in a gown + a framed photo (to be collected on the day of the ceremony)

Gown Rental
- You can rent a gown on the day of the event.
- A refundable deposit of PLN 100 (cash only) is required. The deposit will be returned when the gown is returned.
