Gallup Academy Returns! The Second Edition of Webinars on Discovering and Developing Your Strengths

The Careers and Internships Department of the Vistula Group of Universities invites students to join the second edition of Gallup Academy – a series of five online sessions dedicated to discovering natural talents, developing personal strengths and planning a professional career. All sessions will be conducted in English.

Do you know what your greatest strengths are? What makes you stand out from others, and how can you use your natural abilities at work, during your studies or while pursuing your interests?

Gallup Academy offers an opportunity to understand yourself better, discover your potential and learn how to develop skills that are valuable in today’s job market.

Discover Your Talents and Learn How to Use Them

During the webinars, participants will explore the CliftonStrengths assessment developed by Gallup and based on the principles of positive psychology.

They will learn what natural talents are, how to turn them into strengths and how to apply them in their academic and professional lives.

The programme will cover:

• an introduction to CliftonStrengths and positive psychology,
• identifying natural talents and developing them into strengths,
• comparing traditional career development with a strengths-based approach,
• exploring four talent domains: Relationship Building, Influencing, Executing and Strategic Thinking,
• developing soft skills valued by employers,
• learning how to present personal strengths during recruitment,
• preparing a CV that highlights individual talents.

Participants will also explore which behaviours support the development of their talents and which may limit their potential.

Individual CliftonStrengths Report and Career Consultations

As part of their preparation for the programme, students will have the opportunity to use the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify their natural talents.

After completing the assessment, participants will receive a personalized ranking of their top five talents, together with a detailed report to guide their further development.

Before the webinar series begins, students may also attend an optional individual career consultation with Daria Wójcik, Career Counsellor, during which they can receive access to the CliftonStrengths assessment.

After the webinars, participants will have the opportunity to arrange a one-to-one consultation with a specialist from the Careers and Internships Department to discuss their report and receive personalized development recommendations.
