Culinary trends 2017
Dishes served on stone boards accompanied by selected wines – the Winestone concept is one of the most interesting culinary trends of 2017. The most trendy solutions for restaurateurs will be a topic of a seminar “Culinary Trends 2017”. Among the guests there will be Paweł Andres, creator of Winestone concept. We kindly invite all interested on Tuesday, April 25th at 10:00 am in aula A4. The seminar will be led in Polish.
