Condolences to Daniel Al-Burgan and His Family

It is with profound sadness that we received the news of the tragic death of Professor Asem Al-Burgan, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Jordan on 23 October 2026.

Professor Asem Al-Burgan was a respected scholar, an expert in international relations, and the father of our lecturer, Daniel Al-Burgan.

On behalf of the University Authorities and the entire Vistula academic community, we extend our deepest condolences to Daniel Al-Burgan and his family.

Our thoughts are with the Professor’s loved ones, and we offer our heartfelt sympathy, solidarity and support during this extremely difficult time.
