AI & Business Transformation Forum at Vistula – discussions on organizations in the age of artificial intelligence

On 24–25 September 2026, the Vistula University campus in Warsaw hosted participants of the AI & Business Transformation Forum and Workshop: Leading Organizations in the Age of AI. The event, prepared by the Washington Institute for Professional Studies, focused on practical challenges related to implementing artificial intelligence in organizations.

The Forum brought together business leaders, managers, technology experts, data, risk, compliance, governance and HR specialists, as well as professionals responsible for digital transformation. Over two days, participants discussed how artificial intelligence is changing not only technology, but also the way organizations are managed, decisions are made, competences are developed and responsibility is built.

The programme focused on five key challenges: governance, ROI, workforce, change and regulation. Discussions covered, among others, responsible AI implementation, cybersecurity, data governance, measuring the business value of AI projects, preparing employees for change, regulations and building trust in new technologies.

The speakers and experts included representatives of the business, academic, technology and regulatory sectors, including professionals working in the areas of AI governance, cybersecurity, organizational transformation, digital policy, data protection and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The event showed that the conversation about AI increasingly goes beyond tools and technologies themselves. Today, questions of responsibility, security, workforce skills, real business value and organizational readiness for change are becoming just as important.
