Student ID Extension Campaign – Extension of Student ID Validity
We warmly invite you to room G1, where you can extend the validity of your student ID without taking a queue number.
When?
Starting from Friday, 13 March 2026
Monday to Friday, 12:00–15:00
until 17 April 2026
What can be done there?
In room G1, you can only extend the validity of your student ID.
For all other matters, please visit the Dean’s Office during its working hours.
Don’t have time to wait?
You can leave your student ID in a clearly marked box at the reception desk and collect it the next day in room G1, during the same hours, i.e. 12:00–15:00.
Additional option
You can also extend your student ID at the Dean’s Office, 1st floor, room 108, during the department’s working hours.
mStudent ID
Students who have a PESEL number can also extend their mStudent ID in the mObywatel app.
Information for year tutors / group coordinators
We encourage year tutors to collect student IDs from their groups and bring them to room G1 in bulk.
The most convenient solution would be for one person to bring the full set of student IDs and the same person to collect them the next day between 12:00 and 15:00.
Please make sure that student IDs submitted in bulk are labelled with a note indicating the programme and group, which will help us identify and process them more efficiently.
Important
Please remember to settle in advance:
- outstanding course requirements, including submitting an application for conditional enrolment in USOS,
- any outstanding financial obligations with the Bursar’s Office
