Extended diploma collection hours from 27 August to 30 September 2026

Dear All,

from next Thursday, i.e. 27 August 2026, until 30 September 2026, we are extending the diploma collection hours at the Dean’s Office. Every Thursday, diplomas can be collected between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

At the same time, the current opening hours for matters related to the course of studies remain unchanged:

• Tuesday: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.,
• Thursday: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

On Thursdays, after the standard service hours for matters related to the course of studies have ended, diploma collection will continue until 6:00 p.m.

Therefore, on Thursdays:

10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. – full Dean’s Office services + diploma collection
2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. – diploma collection only

Please remember that you can check whether your diploma is ready for collection in the APD system or USOSweb. We encourage you to check the status regularly, as the information is updated on an ongoing basis.
