With the opportunity of Erasmus Plus, I went to Brussels, Belgium as an Intern to a firm, that deals with International Trade and Investment. In Vistula University I study International Relations.
In Brussels I made new friends from different cultures. Seeing a city that two languages are used in daily and formal life was quite interesting. It shows the cosmopolite nature of Brussels, and that it is achievable to use two languages at the same time.
I traveled a lot, to other cities in Belgium and other countries like the Netherlands and Germany.
The most fun part was to meet new cultures and gaining a lot of experiences.
It was a little challenging to get used to the new environment, but later after catching up on everything else, it really widened my horizon. The student life in Brussels is not that hard, because of the international environment the city has and because almost everyone was able to communicate in English, it helped me a lot to get used to the city.
Atomium was one of the interesting places that I have visited. It is a landmark building in Brussels, originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World&#39;s Fair (Expo 58). Atomium was interesting because it is a unit cell of an iron crystal that is magnified 165 billion times. I give it a 10 out of 10.
Erasmus is a very good opportunity to gain different experience in a different country and at the same time, I had the chance to improve my CV. Also, the fact that you get to know new people is something very cool.
I advise to take every chance, even though it might be a bit frightening at first. A phrase that I can quote is \u201cwhen it excites but scares you at the same time, it probably means you should do it!\u201d So, if anyone is thinking about going abroad but have some doubts, they should definitely give it a try and experience something that they will never forget in the future. So, say yes to new adventures even if it is a small one.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
