She served as Director of the Institute of Innovation and Economic Development at the Bogdan Ja\u0144ski Academy in Warsaw and Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Graphics, and Architecture at Vistula University; she currently serves as Dean &#8211; Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Vistula School of Hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Author\/ co-author of more than 100 publications; publication reviewer; she has received awards for scientific, educational and organisational development, for a cycle of works on enhancement of quality management; she has co-organised and organised many conferences and participated in such projects as the \u201cModel of rules of ethics work for universities in Poland and Europe for education of future managers\u201d; She supervised diploma theses (engineering, bachelor\u2019s, and master\u2019s)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teaching\/research interests:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the development of quality management systems, assessment of the quality level, computer simulations for process optimisation, data modelling, forecasting;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the issue of both the assessment of integrated management systems effectiveness and their implementation, an implementation of the IT system in management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>total Quality Management (TQM), management aspects of motivation, commitment, continuous improvement and social responsibility;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the value of intellectual capital in the quality management; personnel strategy, competitive advantage based on the quality of human capital, the benefits of improving the quality of human capital, the effectiveness of the organization&#8217;s activities, innovation, and the international position of the economy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>process management in an enterprise, process approach, Business Process Reengineering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>methods and improvement tools \u2013 practical benefits of tools applying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dean of the Faculty of Art, Technology and Communication.
