We warmly invite you to room G1<\/strong>, where you can extend the validity of your student ID without taking a queue number<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting from Friday, 13 March 2026<\/strong>
Monday to Friday, 12:00\u201315:00<\/strong>
until 17 April 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What can be done there?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In room G1<\/strong>, you can only extend the validity of your student ID<\/strong>.
For all other matters, please visit the Dean\u2019s Office<\/strong> during its working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t have time to wait?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can leave your student ID in a clearly marked box at the reception desk<\/strong> and collect it the next day<\/strong> in room G1<\/strong>, during the same hours, i.e. 12:00\u201315:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also extend your student ID at the Dean\u2019s Office<\/strong>, 1st floor, room 108<\/strong>, during the department\u2019s working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mStudent ID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students who have a PESEL number<\/strong> can also extend their mStudent ID in the mObywatel app<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information for year tutors \/ group coordinators<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We encourage year tutors to collect student IDs from their groups and bring them to room G1 in bulk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most convenient solution would be for one person to bring the full set of student IDs and the same person to collect them the next day between 12:00 and 15:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please make sure that student IDs submitted in bulk are labelled with a note indicating the programme and group<\/strong>, which will help us identify and process them more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
